2. Where it comes from
#- You, when you enter it or answer questions.
- Your phone's camera, which the app turns into colour and brightness values for scans.
- Bluetooth health devices you pair.
- Apple Health or Health Connect, if you connect them.
- Us and our AI provider, when we work out results, predictions and advice from the data above.
3. Health data we share
#We do not sell consumer health data. We share these categories with the service providers in section 4:
- All the categories in section 1, with our hosting provider, which stores them for us.
- With our AI provider: summaries of your vital signs (from all sources), your age, gender, height, weight and name; meal photos with your latest anemia score, blood oxygen, stress score, heart rate variability and cycle phase; lab report photos; diabetes information and medications; and the messages and photos you send to Padiva AI.
4. Who we share it with
#| Third party | Category |
|---|---|
| Render Services, Inc. | Hosting provider |
| Anthropic | AI provider |
We have no affiliates.
5. How to use your rights
#You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it, including a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with and how to contact them
- withdraw your consent to our collecting and sharing it
- have it deleted, including from backups
How to use them:

- For anything else, email padiva@gmail.com from the email address on your Padiva account.
- We check that the request comes from you. Usually a request from your account email is enough; if not, we may ask you to confirm it in the app while signed in.
